RFP# JC-RIV-4-02 for the operation of the Guthrie Job Corps Center located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website: http://www.eps.gov. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive-fee for a 2-year base period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2007 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 650: 450 residential students and 200 non-residential students; overall – 275 males and 375 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at the Guthrie JCC, 3106 W. University, Guthrie, Oklahoma, 73044. There will be a tour of the facility following the conference. Upon entering the facility, participants must sign in with security and report to the conference room in the Administration building. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 pm local time Tuesday, January 4, 2005 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
