The Tennessee National Guard is soliciting for Commercial Meal Service to be performed at the Government-owned dining facility, Bldg 500, located at the Volunteer Training Site, Smyrna, TN. The contractor shall be required to provide all qualified p ersonnel with the technical abilities, and equipment, subsistence and janitorial supplies necessary to accomplish the requirements of the Performance Work Statement and all other terms and conditions of the solicitation. A firm, fixed-price, with an econo mic price adjustment, Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract shall be awarded from this solicitation. One base period of 1 year from the date of award with the Governments option to execute separately, Four additional One year periods are included in this solicitation. The minimum contract amount is $20,000 and the maximum contract amount is $1,000,000.00 (One Million Dollars over the 5 (five) year period). The delivery order maximum amount shall be limited to $300,000.00. This requirem ent is solicited as a Request for Proposal using the commercial items process, as per FAR Part 12. The contractor is required to submit 2 proposals, a technical proposal and price proposal. Failure on the part of the contractor to send both proposals wil l exclude the contractor from the competitive process.
