Modification #3 is being issued to extend the solicitation period for CC-WHIS001-08. Any offer, including that of the existing Concessioner, must be received by the Concessions Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on November 29, 2007.
