NO proposals are requested or accepted under this presolicitation notice and no award will be made for this effort at this time. The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to provide a DRAFT Performance-Based Work Statement and obtain market information, suggestions, or capabilities for planning Manpower Services for Chili's Grill and Bar , Yokota Air Base, Japan.

All Interested contractors are requested to submit responses to this notice not later than 15 May 09, 4:30 p.m. Japanese Standard Time. There will be no SOFA associated with this contract.
