Request for Proposal for the operation of the Clearfield JCC located in Clearfield, Utah will be available approximately June 29, 2004 on Job Corps’ website http://www.doleta.gov/jobcorps/. The Government Authorized Representative for this contract is Mr. Stephen Fuller. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive fee for a 2 year base period of April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2007 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 1320 residential – 990 males; 330 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at the Clearfield JCC, 20 W. 1700 South, Clearfield, Utah 84016 with a tour of the center afterwards. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 pm local time Friday, September 1, 2004 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
