The Project consists of selective demolition, remodel, and expansion of an existing one-story brick veneer building as indicated on the Contract Drawings. The Project will require working around, and in tandem with, an operational transit center also currently undergoing renovation. Close coordination between the Contractor, Community Transit, and Sound Transit will be required for all portions of the Work to ensure minimal disruption of affected operations, Owner access, and use of the Work Area.
