This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to Lynda.com, Inc., 6410 Via Real, Carpinteria, CA 93013-2925, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is to obtain maintenance and support for the Lynda Enterprise subscription. See attached limited SAP justification.

This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
