The Borough of Macungie is accepting bids online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) for the purchase of: LUMBER STREET ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTS. Sealed bids must be received by 10:00 AM, Monday, November 16, 2020 via the PennBid Program. The bid includes supply and delivery of Ornamental Street Light Fixtures. Immediately following the due date and time, bids received through PennBid will be opened by the Borough for consideration for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on PennBid following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. Questions may be submitted through PennBid’s “Questions” tab on or before 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 6, 2020. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties. If all bids are in order, the intention is to award during the regular Monday, November 16, 2020 Borough Council Meeting. Bid specifications and bid forms are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net beginning 8:00 AM Wednesday, October 28, 2020. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
