The EOUSA anticipates award of a Delivery Order, on a sole source basis, to Cross Match Technologies, Inc. to acquire L SCAN Guardian Fingerprint Scanners. The purpose of these scanners are to used by the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Applicant System (CAS) Application that enables designated personnel staff to electronically capture a civil applicant's fingerprints and biographical data and to transmit this data to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Next Generation Identification (NGI). The period of performance is anticipated to Twelve(12) months from the date of award.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
