Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for the NCIS to purchase LSCAN Guardian from CROSS MATCH TECNOLOGIES, INC; 3950 RCA BLVD STE 5001, PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL 33410-4227. The agency’s requirement is to LSCAN guardian for the NCIS HQ- Russell Knox Bldg located at 27130 Telegraph Rd Quantico, VA 22134. Cross Match Technologies is the only company that can provide the entire requirement on their GSA schedule for this effort. The material is same as existing systems (LSCAN). The request for equipment is due to increased requirements pursuant to aggressive agency fielding of electronic biometric collection systems. These are direct replacement parts/components for the existing equipment.
