PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR LRN MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENT

This Pre-Solicitation Notice is for acquisition planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any cost incurred as a result of the announcement shall be borne by the interested party(s) (prospective offeror(s)) and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Medical Surveillance Services. The contractor(s) shall provide occupational health services supporting the USACE LRN District employees for the locations mentioned in the Place(s) of Performance section. Occupational health services will be conducted in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Health screenings will include the following:
