The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for maintenance on License Plate Reader (LPR) trailers in Texas. This shall include data collection, ground truthing, data analysis, and configuring the LPR systems. The period of performance is 05/01/2011-04/30/2012. The Government anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price purchase order based on best value in accordance with FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to Perceptics LLC. A justification is on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated.
