The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for maintenance on License Plate Reader (LPR) trailers in Texas. LPR three (3)locations are as follows: Falfurrias (4 lanes), C-29 Laredo (2 lanes) and Padre Island (2 lanes). The maintenance service shall include LPR Data Analysis and LPR Configuration File update. These services, which will need to be conducted bi-yearly, are to analyze (Ground Truth) the data and images captured from an existing LPR installation to support updated configuration files for the LPR system. A Minimum of 500 images are needed to fulfill the requirement. The period of performance is 05/15/2011-12/31/2012. The Government anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price purchase order based on best value in accordance with FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
