The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is requesting quotes for an estimated 3,000 gallons, annual requirement, Liquid Petroleum (propane) to be delivered to the FAA facilities at Battleship Island in Alaska. Delivery is made twice per year via tank truck and landing craft, as follows: an estimated 1,500 gallons in the second quarter of FY15 (January – March 2015, ideally in February) and an estimated 1,500 gallons in the fourth quarter of FY15 (July – September 2015, ideally in August). Delivery will be made into three (3) each, 500-gallon above-ground storage tanks which are located next to the LDIN shelter.
