DESC: The Air Force intends to solicit proposals for a firm-fixed price contract for Operation and Maintenance for Liquid Petroleum (LP) Gas Distribution Systems. Work includes but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate, maintain and repair the LIQUID PETROLEUM(LP) GAS distribution systems at Kadena Air Base, Kadena Marina, Chibana and Okuma on Okinawa, Japan. The performance period is for a total of 5 years as a base year of 12 months and 4 option periods. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 454312. Project value is estimated between $1.5M - $2M. This is a competitive best value source selection in which competing offerors' past performance history will be evaluated on a basis, approximately equal to, cost or price considerations.
