The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy), as the Department of Defense (DOD) Integrated Material Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and related services has a five (5) year requirement for delivery of Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Type II, Grade B, NSN 9135-01-665-3235, in accordance with (IAW) the most current version of MIL-PRF-25508; and Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Type II, Grade L, Classification N1, NSN 6830-01-666-3681, IAW the most current version of AWS A5.32 delivered f.o.b. destination to Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA.  The Contractor(s) shall provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation and labor necessary for the delivery of the requested products into Contractor-provided and Government-owned tanks.  The period of performance is 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2025.  The anticipated Award Date is 13 March 2020. 

The Government may choose to award multiple Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contracts using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition procedures.  Award will be made to the offeror(s) determined to be the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process.
