The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Forest Service office located in Lowman, Idaho, are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition, present a clean, neat, professional appearance and be representative of a commercial janitorial practice.
