Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number RFP20220204MCRWMA – Low NOx Flare at Highway 59 Landfill. MCRWMA is requesting proposals from qualified manufacturers to provide a low emission enclosed flare system designed specifically for the combustion of landfill gas at the Highway 59 landfill located at 7040 N. Highway 59 Merced, CA 95348. The RFP document can be obtained by clicking related documents below. Proposals are due electronically by 12:00 p.m. on February 18, 2022 and shall be emailed to Daisy Zaragoza, Procurement and Reporting Analyst, at [email protected]. Proposers are responsible for making certain their proposal documentation is complete and is received by MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by proposers in responding to the RFP. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the RFP. Any alterations to the RFP will be made by written addenda only. Communications from proposers shall be submitted in writing (email) to Daisy Zaragoza, Procurement and Reporting Analyst, for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other communication with any other MCRWMA employees or consultants with respect to the proposal documents or project.
