ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Loveland Loveland Miamiville Sidewalk & Water Main, Phase 2 Bids for the Loveland Miamiville Sidewalk & Water Main, Phase 2 project will be received by the City of Loveland at the Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Avenue, Loveland, Ohio 45140, until Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Installing sidewalk along the east side of Loveland-Miamiville Road from Sugar Tree Lane to Saddleback Drive with storm sewer and water main improvements. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Avenue, Loveland, Ohio 45140. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
