The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for community outreach and public engagement for the Longfellow and Thornton Creek Basins Natural Drainage Systems Outreach. This project includes immediate work on one or more phased outreach contract(s) (Phase 1: Options Analysis; Phase 2: Design and Construction). SPU will procure one or more separate contracts for outreach consultant teams to develop and implement public involvement plan(s) for NDS Partnering in the Longfellow (1) and Thornton Creek (2) Basins. Outreach firms can apply for one or more basins.
