CITY OF SEATTLE NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS Request for Proposals (RFP) for LONGFELLOW CREEK FLOOD STORAGE DESIGN SPU RFP/Contract# 20-114-S The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting proposals from qualified consultantteams to provide technical services for the Option Analysis, Design, and Construction phases for the Longfellow Creek Flood Storage Design Project. The City requires a plan for including minority- and women-owned firms, which becomes a material part of the contract. This contract will be based on authorized Work Assignments (WAs). The first WA will include Option Analysis (OA). Design and Design Support during Construction may be authorized in subsequent issued WA(s). The total estimated amount of the contract is $3.2 million.
