The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS has a total small business set-aside procurement to conduct hydrographic survey services for U.S. Navy forces and other designated personnel, operating in Paramaribo, Republic of Suriname. The Expeditionary Services Contractor (ESC) shall provide support to Fleet Survey Team (FST) personnel operating in Paramaribo, Republic of Suriname. Period of performance is from 28 April 2018 to 09 June 2018.

Full details are listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which will be included in the solicitation.

The Contractor shall provide transportation, fuel for survey vessel, local mobile phone, WIFI hot spot routers, high pressure washers, forklift or similar equipment with qualified English-speaking operator to designated personnel as specified in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and available upon arrival of forces/guest unless otherwise specified by the COR.
The ESC shall work closes with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services. The ESC shall provide all labor, material, personnel and technical support to perform the performance work statement for the execution of this exercise.
