The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement for lodging and meals in Cartagena, Colombia. COMUSNAVSO will host an event that requires lodging and meals in support of UNITAS Execution 2013 which will include PN leads. Hotel is required for Partner Nation participants during the UNITAS Execution 2013 and the specifics will be specified in the Statement of Work within the solicitation. This Expeditionary Logistics and Life Support Services for U.S. Navy is in support of UNITAS Exercise in Cartagena, Colombia.
The primary objective of this contract is to obtain expeditionary Logistic Support for U.S Navy Forces and their designated personnel operating ashore in Colombia during UNITAS Execution Exercise in early SEP 2013. The hotel shall be in a safe secure location that is acceptable to United States Department of Defense security assessment. Lodging and meals must be provided within the main facilities with all lodging rooms within close proximity of each other. The hotel shall have a modern professional system of internal and external security to include cameras strategically located to monitor the interior and exterior of the hotel.
It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and available upon arrival of forces/guests unless otherwise specified by COR. The SC shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services. The SC shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise.
