THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY-The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate a on a SOLE SOURCE basis with National Indian Health Board, 910 Pennsylvania Avenue, South East, Washington, DC 20003. The purpose of this procurement is for the contractor to provide logistical service to HRSA, for its ongoing Indian Country's healthcare needs and the goal to update the current HRSA Tribal Consultation Policy and to seek Tribal input on the Policy. The meeting shall coincide with the National Indian Health Board meeting.

This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is an 8 month base period. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
