The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for annual software maintenance supporting
Logi Analytics software licenses. Software maintenance is required by SECNAV
Instruction 5230.15. Licenses are currently being utilized by the Navy Program
Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) PMW-205. Logi
Analytics software (Logi Ad Hoc Report Builder, Logi Info Server, and Logi Info
Studio) provides non-technical business end-users with a web-based tool for
generating full-featured ad hoc reports to the NMCI program. The proposed
action is for an additional one year of maintenance estimated at $23,124.
Annual maintenance will continue one year from 30 September 2015.

Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply
to this requirement. FAR 13 procurements are exempt from FAR 6 competition
requirements per FAR 6.001(a). The proposed contract action is being publicized
in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2).
A solicitation is not currently planned for this requirement. All responsible
sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all
expressions of interest received within fifteen days after the date of
publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Any
submissions will not be reimbursed by the Government. The entire cost of any
submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the
information. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed
contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the
discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely
for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
