The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for lodging services. Hotel location shall be within a 15 mile radius from Building 3-201 Coulter Road, Ft. Indiantown Gap/Annville, PA 17003-5044. The period of performance is a 01 January 2017 to 31 December 2017. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted services. This requirement will be 100% small business set-aside. This is not a requirement for even planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror, which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICAS) for this acquisition is 721110, with a related small business size standard of $32.5M.
