The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is FA6675-10-T-0001 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-36 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070212. This solicitation is unrestricted subject to the Small Business Demonstration Program, FAR Part 19.10. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 2721110, with a size standard of $7,000,000.

REQUIREMENT. The Air Force Reserves Yellow Ribbon is a post deployment support program for military reservist recently returned from extended duty in Afghanistan and Iraq. This solicitation is issued in order to acquire lodging, food and conference facilities at a local hotel in support of a Yellow Ribbon Program event to occur in Fort Worth between 12 and 15 November 2009. Attached are the SF1449 Solicitation and Statement of Required Services. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to complete this award.
