The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to extend the due dated of proposals. The due date of proposals are hereby extended from 4:00 p.m. EST August 15, 2008 to 4:00 p.m. EST August 29, 2008 via email to Bryan Moy at [email protected]. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number NTSB-Q-08-0004 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document, NTSB-Q-08-0004 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561622, Locksmiths, and the small business size standard is $6.5M. The National Transportation Safety Board has a requirement for locksmith services for one base and four option years. See the attached RFP and Statement of Work for additional information.
