The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis from Lockheed Martin, RDT&E services to include design, development, studies, and technology demonstrations to develop and apply new technology to systems in development or developed and produced by Lockheed Martin including JASSM, LRASM, JAGM, Hellfire, and JSF as well as Line of Sight/Non-Line of Sight (LOS/N-LOS) technologies for seekers, multi-mode seekers, tube-launched UAS, autonomous weapons employment and precision targeting, aircraft/ weapons integration, and similar applications. Tasking will include technology demonstration efforts, product improvement initiatives, technology insertion and transition activities, integration of various warfare systems, mission analysis, mission architecture, participation in Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, and military utility analysis.

Per FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Lockheed Martin is the sole source capable of providing these efforts. However, responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received by 01 November 2017 at 4:00PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
