This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command Contracting Office, Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek/Ft Story, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to CLEARTERRA for software licenses, maintenance and training for one (1) year with four (4) option years. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to support this requirement by 4:00 p.m., by 03-25-2015 email to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
