The USDA, Forest Service, Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie Supervisor's Office is accepting quotes for supply and delivery of local provenance native forbs, grasses, and sedges in accordance with the attached specifications and list.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the internet site http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offeror's will be responsible for downloading a copy of those documents related to this procurement, if any. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ and the documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This procurement is Unrestricted. The NAICS CODE is 111422. This Solicitation will result in a firm, fixed price supply contract.

Each Offer shall include: Pricing for each plant by species (price shall include freight).
A signed Acceptance Statement. Three references with companies you have performed similar work for, including contact name, phone # and email.

Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at SAM accessed via https://www.acquisition.gov as a part of required registration (see FAR 4.1102) and remain active. Contractors are encouraged to enroll in the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS), Internet Payment Platform (IPP).
