This Contract requires the CONTRACTOR to provide approximately 18 Local Power Range Monitors (LPRMs) for the DISTRICT’S Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS), located near Brownville, Nebraska. The LPRMs are located in the reactor pressure vessel and are used to monitor the neutron flux inside the nuclear core when the reactor is between 0 and 125 percent reactor power. The LPRMs are used to provide trip signals to activate lights, instrument inoperative signals, and annunciators. LPRMs are also capable of generating scram signals. Proposals must be submitted in 2 separate envelopes, one clearly marked "technical proposal RFP 2025-44DPW" and one clearly marked "Price Proposal" . Proposals will be accepted until July 22, 2025 @ 2PM. Which will then be reviewed by a committee for the most Advantageous Proposal. The city reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. No electronic submissions allowed.
