The Library of Congress National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) seeks to purchase one or more film print analyzers for the timing of 35mm motion pictures printed in the film preservation laboratory at the Library's Packard Campus for Audio-Visual Conservation in Culpeper, VA. This contract shall be for the purchase of film analyzers with a full parts and labor warranty coverage for one (1) year from the time of installation and commissioning. A minimum of one (1) analyzer will be purchased with the option of purchasing up to two (2) additional analyzers depending upon price and available funding. The contract will also have options for additional 4 years' warranty coverage, as well as additional (optional) main sprocket/prism assembly, spare monitor, and designated spare parts kit. This contract will include all packing, delivery, customs fees (if any), installation, commissioning, and training costs.
