The Library of Congress (LOC) Motion Picture Branch seeks contractor support to provide specialized digital image restoration services for a 1942 motion picture from the Library’s historic film collection. The Library anticipates the award of a single firm fixed price contract for the image restoration work . For full details, please see the Solicitation. 

Questions regarding the solicitation are due Monday, March 9th and proposals are due Monday, March 16th. Any changes to the deadlines will be posted to this site.  In order to allow for irregular email transmission times, it is recommended that final proposals be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to the deadline.

Late proposals will not be considered.
