This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS BEING ADVERTISED AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.

The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) is soliciting for Loan-Level Mortgage Datasets for the Office of Financial Research (OFR) and the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC). The NAICS Code is 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Code is 7630, Newspapers and Periodicals. Competition for this procurement is not limited.

This acquisition is for the purchase of loan-level mortgage datasets for OFR and FSOC. OFR and FSOC require the loan-level mortgage datasets in order to conduct analysis on the housing sector and its relationship to financial stability. The contractor shall provide annual subscriptions for up to 25 OFR/FSOC users at a fair and reasonable firm-fixed price amount for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.
