This project involves the acid washing, cleaning, and painting of several swimming pools and is known as the "2022 Pool Painting Project" in the Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The base bid for this project includes three of the four pools at the "Pool Complex" and include its Olympic Swimming Pool, Lap Swimming Pool, and Intermediate Swimming Pool. The fourth pool, the Baby Pool, is an alternative bid option. Pricing for the Baby Pool should be provided separately since this work may be completed separately from the Base Bid. Pricing should include costs for the following tasks below and should include all specified work for the pools described in the scope of work. Major Tasks: 1) Empty, clean, & acid wash pools. 2) Extensive patching and caulking repairs. 3) Remove and replace existing caulking and grouting. 4)Contractor to supply paint and repaint pools.
