The “2022 Community Park Tennis Court Repairs” (project) consists of improvements to the tennis courts which are adjacent to the Lower Makefield Community Pool, located at 1050 Edgewood Road in the Township of Lower Makefield, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In general, the work includes repairs to the tennis courts, specifically repairing cracks, court resurfacing, and repainting the surface and lining. The work is more fully described by the project plans and the specifications herein. Base Bid The work for the Base Bid includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major work and contract items: Mobilization. Repair cracking on four (4) existing outdoor asphalt tennis courts and the surrounding clearance areas bounded by existing tennis court fencing. Apply court resurfacer and paint the four (4) existing outdoor tennis courts and the surrounding clearance areas. Paint new lines for four (4) tennis courts. Alternate Bid The work for the Alternate Bid includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major work and contract items: Repair cracking on existing outdoor asphalt basketball court and the surrounding clearance area. Apply court with resurfacer and paint the existing basketball court and the surrounding clearance area. Paint lines for basketball court.
