This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order to Motorola to Upgrade XTS5000 Land Mobile Radios with P25 9600-Baud Trunking. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23rd Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this brand name procurement of Motorola Vehicle Radios.
