This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of service. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing.

CLIN 0001:
Provide Land Mobile Radio Sustainment
Contractor shall supply all equipment and hardware to perform sustainment for Letterkenny Army Depot's Harris Radio LMR System. 1 base year and 2 option years.

Requirement in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement.
Contractor must be an authorized Harris Service Center.

For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. Please provide the information below to Johnny Thompson, [email protected] by 24 Feb 2017, 4 p.m. Eastern Time.

In addition, the following information is requested:
(1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address;
(2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.);
(3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) and FSC codes your company usually performs under Government contracts
(4) GSA contract number if applicable
(5) Please verify you are an authorized Harris Service Center.
