1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a Request for Competitive Quotation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This office intends to solicit and negotiate a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 effective 24 January 2018, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20180418 effective 20 April 2018, and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Acquisition Circular 2017-1003 effective 03 October 2017.
