Main Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.  This follow-on procurement is for The proposed acquisition is for continuation of work currently being performed by the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC). This software is proprietary and is protected by copyright laws. The period of performance is December 31, 2013 - December 30, 2014. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
