Amendment 0002:

The purpose of this amendment is to add the following paragraph to section C.3.3 "Phone Set Requirements" of this RFQ:

"All telephones shall be digital and VOIP compatible."

Amendment 0003:

Name: Handset VOIP Capability

The purpose of this amendment is to change requirement in section C.3.3 "Phone Set Requirements" of this RFQ and the due date. Accordingly, the RFQ is modified as follows:

1. C.3.3 "Phone Set Requirements"

"All telephones shall be digital and VOIP compatible."

"Handsets may be digital or digital/voip compatible, but if the Government must incur costs associated with the upgrade, such as, software liscenses and/or telephones add this cost to the space provided in the updated cost form.

2. Due Date for Quotes

The due date for quotes is extended to Thursday March 10, 2011 at 12:00 P.M. EST.
