The USDA Forest Service – Shoshone National Forest has a recurring need for horses and mules for the Forest Livestock Program.  The Procurement and Property Services, Intermountain Zone office intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) from this combined synopsis/solicitation. When a specific requirement is identified it will be competed against all contractors with BPAs resulting from this solicitation.
