Washington State Patrol seeks bids for purchase of nine livescan systems (nine laptops, nine scanners, initial maintenance for both, nine FBI certified printers with extra tray, installation and training at each location) for distribution across the state of Washington for commissioned personnel to take fingerprints of misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor and felony arrests to electronically submit to the Criminal Records Division.
