Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N63394-16-G-0005 on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), 100 Plastics Ave., Pittsfield, MA 01201-3632.  GDMS is to integrate the Adept Diagnostic Electronic Portable Test Distance Support Sensor Suite on the Total Shipboard Computing Environment network on the USS INDEPENDENCE variant of LCS. Testing and integration lab support is required to support this effort for both the TSCE Phase 1 (Baseline 0) configuration and the TSCE Phase 2 (Baseline 1) configuration.   GDMS is the only qualified and known source with the special test equipment, special tooling and facilities that can support this highly complex requirement.
