The Port of Bellingham is soliciting responses from qualified coastal and civil engineering consulting firms to this Request for Professional Services (RFPS) to assist the Port in design, engineering, permitting, and construction support of shoreline improvements to approximately 500 lineal feet of the shoreline near of the Little Squalicum beach in the immediate vicinity of the west end of Roeder Avenue (aka Schultz Drive - a Port owned private road) and the Mt. Baker Plywood peninsula. A shoreline improvement project was permitted and construction ready in 2014 but was not completed due to funding shortfalls. Existing construction drawings are available for review.
