The County of Louisa and the Louisa County Public Schools invite interested parties to submit bids for the supply of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The intent and purpose of this Invitation For Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to furnish and deliver, FOB destination, freight included, propane as needed and requested by the County of Louisa and Louisa County Public Schools on a mutually agreed upon schedule. The successful bidder will be required to maintain a sufficient supply of propane gas needed for normal operations at all locations as the County desires automatic delivery of product to all locations except the General Services Department and the Tower Sites. If automatic delivery is not required, the County will place an order for delivery. Delivery shall be made within 24 hours of notification. Successful bidder will be responsible to coordinate tank exchange at the start of the contract with the current vendor.
