Description of Requirement: The work to be performed under this contract consists of

supplying liquid oxygen to the Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake Project.

Basis for Award: The Government will make an award the lowest priced, responsible,

responsive quote, with a responsibility determination that meets or exceeds the product

specifications. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2,

Evaluation – Commercial Items, and FAR 9.104.
