The government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price with an Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for (1) base year and (4) option years. This solicitation will be for Liquid Argon Dewars with a quality assurance level 3 requiring certificates of quality conformance for every delivery provided to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This requirement will have a quantity of 600 maximum per year, with a minimum of 25 for the base year. All Dewar Tanks shall be provided by the offeror. All product pricing provided shall include no more than a total of (30) days rental in the price of the product. Rental prices shall not be separated from the price of the product. They shall be submitted as one price. This is anticipated to be solicited as a full and open requirement.

NOTE: Studies have shown in perfect conditions for retention of product, Dewars will natrually disspate over a period not longer than 25 days. Therefore, only one month's rent shall be included in pricing.
