LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT  GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING TO COMPETE EXISTING LEASE LOCATIONS  The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 32,743 net usable square feet of warehouse and office space in the Linthicum, Maryland area. Approximately 30,543 square feet of the warehouse (light industrial) space must have strict environment controls; there will be 1,500 square feet of office and 700 square foot laboratory. Fourteen parking spaces are required.  All space shall be on contiguous floors.  The lease term shall be for five (5) years. The Government shall have termination rights upon ninety (90) days written notice to the Lessor.  The delineated area is as follows:  The northern boundary shall be I-695. The southern boundary shall be sate highway 32; the western boundary shall be I-95; the eastern boundary shall be state highway 295.  The Government shall evaluate extensively the existing leased building inventory to determine the best value for the Government. The Government has an option to renew which must be evaluated.  The cost of moving, alterations, and occupant agency mission, among other items will be considered when deciding whether it should relocate.   The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease.  Expressions of interest should include the following:  *Building Name, Address, Parking Information and associated literature with AutoCad 1/8" scaled floor plans *ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, rentable square feet and associated rental rates  Please submit the above information by March 8, 2010 to:  Maria Szkotak (3PRSB) Realty Specialist U.S. General Services Administration South Branch, Baltimore Section 20 North 8th Street - 9th Floor Philadelphia, PA 19107-3191 P: (215) 446-4538 F: (215) 209-0514 Â
